PAY BILL SIGNING

The Assembly and the Senate have both signed our pay bills. Now we just need the Governors signature.
I am a little more hopeful now. Hope to see some money soon!

Update on Flalagan- recieved an E-mail from him today. Said that he has never recieved the other 6 e-mails or the CERTIFIED letter that I sent to him.(lies,lies) Said he would not meet face/face but would answer any questions I had for him. Start by answering the ones I sent to him previously. He must think that just because we will get our raises soon, that all of this will blow over. I DON'T THINK SO. Will keep on him until I do get answers!

The pay bill is currently moving forward in the assembly and the senate

Both houses have passed through the rules commitee, and the Paybill is scheduled for a third reading today 6-21.
After the third reading-if there are no objections-it will be voted on. No guarantee that the vote will come today!
After it is voted on, it will be sent to the State Controller and the Governor. Governor must sign bill before it becomes effective.
I do not believe that the raises will be effective with the next check, 7-5. This is only speculation on my part. I don't think the State Controller could process it in time for that check. Maybe we'll see some money in August?
Blue Flu looking like a real possability on 7-6. How many will take part? Probably not many.

Fired off another e-mail to Flanagan today. He's hiding from the truth, and that truth is that NYSCOPBA sold us out. Lies, Lies-spin and more spin, but he's looking out for the membership right! Doesn't have the balls to respond to me.
I'd love a one on one conversation with him-but it will never happen because he only tours the friendly facilities, and sends his flunkies to deal with the western region. Must be scared of his own membership!
