Lawsuit

By now everyone probably has seen the draft of the improper practice suit. This suit was drafted by C.Hannigan.
Mr. Hannigan is a CO studing to take the bar exam. Will be attempting to contact him asap.
It really blasts the agents(lawyers) for NYSCOPBA.
As I've said from the start- this was an agreement between NYSCOPA and the STATE and was not an arbitrated decision. Therefore we should have voted on this as it is a contract. Just one more way for NYSCOPBA to screw its members.
I personally feel that Flimflanigan is going to resign and Scumburger is going to move up as President. How did we elect this slate of unethical morons? Clean house in the next election.
I've had Officers from other facilities reaching into thier wallets and handing me $20 bills to launch a lawsuit against this union and its Executive Board. I would love to accept thier money, but as of now, we will wait and see where CO Hannigan goes with his IP.
Anyone know a good attorney-not affiliated with NYSCOPA- who is really versed on Labor/Union Law.
The Western sectors should band together and coordinate any actions they plan on taking.
Ex: instead of 1 jail banging in, maybe all in this hub should do it on the same day! What a message that would send to NYSCOPA and the STATE. Entire hub shut down. Media would be all over it, and maybe we would get some fair coverage for a change, instead of Flimflanigan and Hevisi dueling in the papers.
Sending copy of Hannigan Draft to 3 local news channels and the Buffalo Snooze. Let them investigate the shady dealings of NYSCOPA
