Inmate Acquitted

Todays Buffalo News has an article in Police & Courts of inmate Jerome Williams
being found not guilty of throwing human waste on an Officer at Wende.
Incident happened on Dec. 19, 2003
Inmate currently at Five Points serving a 29 yr. bid for drug traffiking and 2 prior incidents
of throwing waste on Officers at Cayuga in 2002.
Must have been a liberal jury to acquit on current charge- 3 years to get to trial on this charge
seems a bit much.

OFFICER

As I'm sure you are already aware, Officer E. Edwards suffered 2 strokes last week.
He is currently in the hospital. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

We had a few bang ins on 3-11 shift July 4. I have been unable to get names. Will post when I do get.

Management is being too soft on you low lifes, by hiding your identities.

Rumor has it that the Payroll clerks will convene on Aug.3-4 to be instructed on how to calculate your back pay. You would think that this info had already been sent to facilities. Don't expect any back pay soon.
Health insurance went up on July 1, but the State can drag its feet on our retro and raises and nothing is done.

THANKS TO SGT. B, AND SGT. SKELLY many people were given early outs on July 4th. Great job by these 2, and they deserve thanks. The chart office had to be a nightmare! They went the extra mile.

GOVERNOR

Governor signed our pay bill on 7-3-06 into law.
Happy 4th of July!
Lot of rumors of people banging in today. Your not hurting the State, you are hurting fellow Officers.
Have some class, people. If I can get my hands on bang ins, I will post so that everyone knows who thier Friends are!
Maybe you won't get that next swap you really need!
I am not siding with the Administration, I am siding with fellow Officers who get screwed because of a few Officers who only care about themselves.
