According to this Assembly site-the money has already been appropriated into the 2006-07 spending bill
However, After reading the entire bill, there is no mention of our UNIFORM ALLOWANCE getting added to our BASE SALARY on March 31, 2007
There is mention that our SLED money will be added to base on 3/31/07
Hope this is not a way for the State to renig on this issue!
Contrary to rumors you may have heard, ENCON officers did not recieve 39%
They did recieve 3% for 2003 and 3% for 2004. They are going back to arbitration for years 2005 and 2006
and they didn't give back any medical as we did.

I notice that the Pay Bill makes mention of 'language of the arbitration award', but I wonder why the membership has never SEEN the arbitration award. We were only mailed a copy of the 'agreement' that LF made with the state, after we had been waiting for so long for an 'award'.
